We NEED Houses!! 🏠

2020 was a weird year…in so, so many ways… and 2021 is starting off a bit wonky as well. One of the weirdest things in 2020 that is now happening in 2021 as well is the lack of houses on the market. This isn’t because of anything nefarious, but because we have SO many buyers that homes aren’t staying on the market for very long.

We are seeing homes sell very, very quickly compared to other years past and in some cases with bidding wars that are bringing the final purchase price to unprecedented figures! This is great for sellers and if you have even had a passing thought about selling your house I would not only take those thoughts to a serious level but would start accelerating your future plans of moving to NOW.

We had showings last week where multiple homes went under contract before we could even show the house to our clients and others that were under contract while our clients were deciding. There was one where it went under contract WHILE we toured the first room of the house!
